Installation tips
For a safe, long-lasting installation, use solid anchor points and tension the shade sail evenly on all sides. A properly tensioned sail looks better, moves less in wind, and helps reduce wear on the fabric and hardware.With a triangular sail, aim for an even pull at each corner and build in a slope so rainwater can run off rather than pooling. Tension gradually (corner by corner) until the sail is taut and the edges sit cleanly.

- Use marine grade stainless steel (316) fixings, especially in coastal or damp locations
- Check tension periodically and re-tension if needed
After strong winds, a quick check of tension and anchor points is a sensible habit to keep the installation stable over time.
